Her career spans diverse roles in both primary and secondary education, where she has demonstrated exceptional skill in curriculum design, staff mentoring, safeguarding, and student wellbeing. She has consistently contributed to whole-school improvement through inclusive leadership and data-driven strategies, ensuring that every child thrives in a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment. Ms. Bajaj holds a Master’s degree in International Education from the University of Leicester, UK, where she focused on global education leadership, curriculum reform, and policy development. She also holds advanced degrees in Botany from the University of Delhi, India.
